All our parcels are sent in discreet plain wrapping. The return label has our limited company name, Crysalis Ltd and the return address. Because we have to state the contents of the parcel for overseas shipping, the label describes the contents as "Underwear".
Should you request delivery to a business address we will mark the address label "Private Addressee Only".
Some manufacturers supply their product in boxes. We do reserve the right to remove the item from the box for efficiency of transport or to meet the size restrictions of international shipping.
You may choose gift wrapping which is a free of charge option. We will then use quality wrapping paper and organza ribbon to gift wrap the item. Gift wrapping is per item, not per order but we may consolidate items when appropriate.
