Q. Can I pay in my local currency?
A. Sorry no, but you can view the price in US Dollars, Euro and a few other local currencies as well as the default UK pound. Please note that the exchange rate used to show your local pricing is changed once a day and should you place an order the exchange rate used by the card or payment processing company might differ slightly.
Q. I am not in the UK, how do I pay you in my currency?
A. RBSWorldpay, our payment processor and your card company will do the conversion for you.
Q. If I don't like the item when it arrives can I return it?
A. Yes, you can with some exclusions - please check our returns policy for further detail.
Q. How quickly will you send my order.
A. Many items can be sent on the same or next working day. However, some items will take up to 28 days to be despatched (this category includes the made to order and made to measure items). Jane Woolrich Design is the longest lead time made to measure brand and these can take up to 35/40 days to be despatched.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. This varies depending on where you are but the following is a rough guide:
UK - 1 to 2 working days after despatch.
Europe - 3 to 5 working days after despatch
Rest of the World - 5 to 21 days depending on location.
Q. Can I have a courier delivery.
A. If you would like a courier delivery you can contact us and we will arrange it as a one off and request you pay the additional cost.
Q. Can I give you special instructions regarding the delivery?
A. Once we have despatched your order we have no control over it and we are not able to give the postal service specific instructions.
