Order Confirmation
You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order. If there is a problem with the order or if we have a question then we will email you. Please be sure to make us a safe contact or add us to your contact list in your email program to prevent your SPAM software from blocking what might be an important email about your order. If you have not received a confirmation email within 1 hour of placing the order, something is wrong and you should check your spam and log into your account to see if you have provided us with the correct email address.
Despatch
Most stock items will be despatched within 24 to 48 hours of your order (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Made to order, made to measure and some back to back order items will be despatched within 10 to 21 days of your order. Jane Woolrich designs are despatched in 28 to 36 days.
When your order is shipped you will receive another automatic email letting you know that the order (or part of it) has been sent. If we part ship your order you will not pay more for further shipments. Please note that your order will remain at pending status until all items have shipped - there are no progress reports.
Delivery Timescales
Once your order has been despatched it should arrive in 1 to 2 working days (UK) and 5 to 15 working days (International Orders).

UK Orders value up to £25.00:- £2.50
UK Orders value £25.00 and above:- FREE
UK Special Delivery: £7.50
UK Saturday Delivery: £10.00
EU Airmail:- £6.00
Worldwide Airmail:- £10.00
Shipping Method
UK Orders are sent using Royal Mail - 1st class post, recorded delivery or for higher value orders - Royal Mail Special Delivery. International orders are sent by Airmail, international signed for or Airsure depending on service availability which varies from country to country.
Special Instructions Regarding Delivery
Please note it is not possible for us to give the delivery person specific instructions such as, "deliver in the morning only" or "if out leave with neighbour."
International Orders
Our overseas customers outside the EU do not pay VAT (our local taxation) but may be subject to local taxes when the order arrives in the UK. All international shipments are sent by airmail.
