Order Confirmation
You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order. If there is any problem with the order or if we have a question then we will email you. Please be sure to make us a safe contact or add us to your contact list in your email program to prevent your SPAM software from blocking what might be an important email about your order. If you have not received a confirmation email within 1 hour of placing the order, something is wrong and you should check your spam and log into your account to see if you have provided us with the correct email address.
Despatch
Most stock items will be despatched within 24 hours of your order (weekends excluded).
Made to order, made to measure and some back to back order items will be despatched within 10 to 21 days of your order. Jane Woolrich designs are despatched in 28 to 36 days.
When your order is shipped you will receive another automatic email letting you know that the order (or part of it) has been sent. If we have to part ship your order you will not pay more for further shipments. Please note that your order will remain at pending status until all items have shipped - there are no progress reports.
Delivery Timescales
Once your order has been despatched it should arrive in 1 to 2 working days (UK) and 5 to 15 working days (International Orders). Or if you have chosen DHL Express, available for international orders over £300 value, then the transit time will be up to 4 working days depending on destination.

UK Orders value up to £75.00:- £3.50
UK Orders value £75.00 and above:- £5.75
EU Airmail Orders value up to £80.00:- £6.75
EU Airmail Orders value £80.00 up to £200.00: - £9.75
EU Airmail Orders value £200.00 and above:- £12.00
Worldwide Airmail Orders up to £80.00:- £7.75
Worldwide Airmail Orders £80.00 up to £200:- £9.75
Worldwide Airmail Orders £300.00 and above:- £15.00
DHL International Express Delivery (for orders over £300 value) £20 to £35 depending on location and order value.
Shipping Method
UK Orders are sent using Royal Mail. International orders are sent by Airmail, international signed for or Airsure depending on service availability which varies from country to country. Or if your order value is over £300 you have the option to choose DHL International Express for a speedier and fully tracked delivery.
Special Instructions Regarding Delivery
Please note it is not possible for us to give the delivery person specific instructions such as, "deliver in the morning only" or "if out leave with neighbour."
